Bruges World Heritage City
The medieval street pattern, meandering canals, green ramparts and many cultural activities make Bruges a unique attraction that charms thousands of visitors every year. In 2000, the historic city centre was added to UNESCO's world heritage list.
The staff at "In&Uit", the visitors' centre located in the modern "Concertgebouw" will be glad to help you with information about culture and tourism. Our city guide, which you can buy there at 5 euro, contains a wealth of information on the various ways to visit Bruges, including 3 walking tours through the historic city centre.
