On the access route you have to negotiate the cobblestones, but they are well laid. Furthermore, the entrance and all halls are easily accessible by wheelchair. There is a drive-under counter. A spacious lift with Braille markings brings you to all floors. In 2 places the call buttons for the lifts are a bit less accessible. The experience elements are easily accessible and can be used from a wheelchair. The exhibited objects and texts are clearly visible. There are mirrors in the showcases, for example, which make it possible to see the lace from the wheelchair. The shop is easily accessible and the toilet has the necessary free space and grab rails. A box for the blind is available, in which the different types of lace can be felt. The texts in the museum are available in large print at the counter. The film clips are subtitled. Tailored guided tours and workshops can be organised.
