Chef Lode De Roover blends flavours from all ofer the world in his creations. He uses local Oosterschelde eel as well as unusual ingredients, such as sea urchin caviar and cedrat lemon.

Accessibility information

It's best to use the alternative side entrance. The circulation space is a little tight at the front entrance. The restaurant itself is easily accessible. The terrace can be reached via a slope (you may need assistance). There is limited space to manoeuvre a wheelchair under the tables. There is a well-adapted toilet, but only one support rail.
