After a brief explanation of the theory, you’ll learn how to temper chocolate and make mendiants, orangettes, crunchy clusters, fresh fruit dipped in chocolate, filled pralines and chocolate mousse. You can taste the results there and then and take whatever’s left home with you for your friends and family.
