The world is going through difficult times because of the COVID-19 virus. The same goes for Flanders. At the moment, all non-essential travels to and from Belgium are forbidden. You can find the latest updates here. 

Up until the 19th of April, Flanders’ museums, concert halls, culture houses, restaurants and bars are closed. All cultural and sporting events are cancelled until further notice. All non-essential shops are closed, shops who sell food and provisions remain open. Everyone will get maximum half an hour for shopping, and is required to respect an appropriate distance with others.

Civilians and visitors are required to stay at home as much as possible. Non-essential trips are forbidden. Outdoor sporting activities are still allowed, yet only in pairs. Social gatherings are strictly forbidden, social distancing is key.
