What makes this soap and shampoo bar truly special is its use of local ingredients and its deep connection to the Flemish landscape:

• Locally sourced ingredients: 
  We largely favoured locally sourced ingredients and kept exotic oils to an absolute minimum. Our main oil is walnut oil from agroforestry— rich in nourishing fatty acids and gentle on both your skin and the environment. A small amount of shea butter was added solely to improve the firmness of the bar and ensure a longer-lasting, more practical product.
   
• Bladderwrack hydrosol (seaweed): 
  Offers excellent conditioning properties while paying tribute to the North Sea and the Scheldt Valley.
   
• Plant powders from horsetail and nettle: 
  Strengthen and nourish, making the bar ideal for both body and hair.
   
• Natural herbal fragrance:
  ✓ Pine & juniper have purifying properties and evoke the heathlands of Flanders.
  ✓ Chamomile offers a soothing effect and is deeply rooted in Flemish flora.
  ✓ Bay leaf acts as a disinfectant and is sourced from a certified Flemish regional product.
  ✓ Lavender is calming and, surprisingly, a true 'Belgian Essential'.
