This gourmet wine paradise boasts holiday cottages and hotel accommodation and is located in the unique area that surrounds Bruges, only 10 minutes from Bruges itself and 15 minutes from the Flemish seaside. Tannine et cuisine is the life’s work of Hilde Jonckheere (tannine) and her husband Wim Uyttersprot (cuisine). Together they devised and developed this unique project.In an oasis of tranquillity they have an array of possibilities and activities on offer for everyone, including families and companies, ranging from cycling tours to a children’s playground, cultural activities, and discovery tours of the hinterland to pure gourmet indulgence, served with a delicious glass of wine.
