Jeugdherberg 't Schipken - Kikker
On the banks of the Dender river, in a
rural corner of the De Gavers provincial
park, some 100 beds are ready and waiting
for you in a 17th century farmstead.
Bicycles can be left in the cycle shed. If
you have not brought bicycles, you can
rent them from De Gavers. From May to
September, there is also sailing, surfing,
climbing, canoeing, etc. The play area
and beach are paradises for children. If
you are hungry or thirsty, there is a cafeteria
and a restaurant. And what is there
to do around the youth hostel? This hilly
region is well worth exploring by bike,
mountain bike or on foot.
