Blind beer tasting and city highlight spotting
Today’s challenge was all about blind beer tasting and city highlight spotting! Lunch was served at EssenCiel ran by Flanders Kitchen Rebel Niels Brants.
In the afternoon it was time for a workshop on beer and chocolate pairing in the company of top chocolatier Patrick Aubrion from Chocolatier Antoine. After that the bloggers could explore the city.
Since Jacopo was the winner of today’s challenge he/she won a dinner with a local blogger at Zarza, the restaurant run by Flanders Kitchen Rebel Bram Verbeken. Deliciousness!
