Beer bottles with chocolates ©

In a country like Belgium, combining beer with chocolate seems almost inevitable.

Chocolate and beer, typically Belgian!

Besides the fact that beer and chocolate are typically Belgian, both these products have quite a few similarities when it comes to their taste as well. Bitter, sour, fruity, burned, ... all these adjectives may apply to both these products. Given that each beer and each chocolate has its own character, what remains is only to combine the right beer with the right chocolate. It's always good to flirt a little before marriage, no?
