Dear Friend of Flanders,

In view of the COVID-19-situation, specific safety measures and additional restrictions are currently in place across Belgium. You will find more detailed information on following website. For the latest travel advice to our country, please consult your local authorities.

If you are travelling to Flanders, Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium for a duration of 48 hours or more, you will need to complete a Passenger Locator Form, within the 48 hours before your arrival in Belgium.

Take good care of yourself and each other and keep it safe and healthy.

We hope to welcome you again soon, with twice the heart, love and hospitality.

Warm regards,

Between October 2020 to July 2021, Flanders is launching eight new exciting icon cycling routes, which together form the Flanders Route. These themed routes, ranging from mid-length to long distance, will follow the official cycling network. The routes will connect the charming Flemish regions and art cities in a sustainable, healthy way.

The signposts for the old LF routes will be gradually dismantled from 9 November 2020 and will be completely gone by the start of spring 2021. If you would like to cycle on one of the old routes during this period, you can use the GPS routes on the website, Grote Routepaden: (only availble in Dutch).

The Coastal Route is part of routes EV 4 and 12, and the Maas Route is the Flemish part of EV 19. The Hills Route will occasionally link up with EV 5.
