Dear Friend of Flanders,

In view of the COVID-19-situation, specific safety measures and additional restrictions are currently in place across Belgium. You will find more detailed information on following website. For the latest travel advice to our country, please consult your local authorities.

If you are travelling to Flanders, Brussels or elsewhere in Belgium for a duration of 48 hours or more, you will need to complete a Passenger Locator Form, within the 48 hours before your arrival in Belgium.

Take good care of yourself and each other and keep it safe and healthy.

We hope to welcome you again soon, with twice the heart, love and hospitality.

Warm regards,

This public, specially adapted swimming pool in Moortsele brings various elements together so that you can totally unwind. Water heated to 32°C, subtle sounds and the play of light are the main features. Those with paralysis, a chronic illness, a genetic disorder or brain damage are welcome here. The pool is also suitable for those who have difficulty with large numbers of people, noise, etc. From January 2018, there is also an infra-red sauna. Should you arrive on your own, supervision is available on site. Groups, senior citizens and babies or pregnant women will be able to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, warmth and exercise here. De Axolotl is open every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, and in the evenings. You can make a reservation in advance or on the day you want to come, and if it is free just come and enjoy yourself. Everyone who believes that this is suited to his or her specific needs is welcome here.
