The Museum Plantin-Moretus, a Unesco World Heritage site, is a tribute to all book designers and in particular Peter Paul Rubens. A specific focus looks at the friendship and collaboration between Rubens and Balthasar I Moretus, grandchild of Christophe Plantin, with whom Rubens created the Baroque book. Contemporary book designers share their vision on book design. 'My printed matter is not priced the same as that of other printers,' Balthasar said, 'nor are Rubens' paintings priced the same as those by other painters.' Esther Chadwick, Apollo, Feb. 2017.
