From a wine business that got out of hand to a fun and relaxed restaurant. That’s what happened to wine bar August in the Pajottenland. The kitchen is dominated by young, talented chefs, overseen by chef Sam Verstuyf. He opts for honest dishes without endless garnishes. An extensive selection of excellent wines (or non-alcoholic juices, geuze, lambic or kriek from the region) gives guests plenty to choose from. Moreover, August is a wonderfully informal place that you can also discover by the glass .
