Jan Devos and his partner Michèlle are fans of small but excellent restaurants. To which you can easily add their own Bassud. The restaurant has a touch of Scandinavian aesthetics and you can also taste his love for the North in chef Jan’s preservation and fermentation techniques. Local and small-scale grown products invariably end up in the kitchen’s charcoal oven and the drinks menu, which is divided with a subdivision into classics and contemporary concoctions, is a wonderful addition.
