From childhood friends to hospitality entrepreneurs. William Loonen and Lars Block met at the Hoogstraten hotel management school and the rest is history. At Le Zoute Zoen, chef Lars serves classic dishes with originality and freshness. The herbs and plants served come from Le Zoute Zoen’s own vegetable garden, which allows Lars to add extra flavour to his vegetable-based dishes. In combination with the vintage interior and the relaxed atmosphere under William’s supervision, timeless classics are given a completely new interpretation.
