Chef Filip De Pauw exchanged his bistro stall at the Saturday market for a restaurant in Antwerp’s bustling Zuid [The South] area, and fortunately for us, he has been able to maintain his excellent service and personal approach. In addition, he opted for an interior with a sharp look and a good dose of old-fashioned cosiness.
