In 2010, the opening of Volta was front-page news in Ghent, while this monument is taking off in its latest iteration as well. None other than Anthony Snoeck (former chef at Carcasse) makes Volta shine with his energetic adaptation of classic regional products. Downstairs you can pamper your taste-buds, while upstairs at the bar you can also order small snacks or enjoy an aperitif/digestive. Opening hours: closed on Sunday & Monday.
