At Woestyne, chef Tim Vervynckt has been serving delicious gourmet dishes for three years. By serving diverse ingredients from his own soil and presenting them in an attractive manner, he has developed a refined style. He didn’t do so alone. His partner Angelique has acquired a great deal of knowledge about wine since the launch . Moreover, you can recognise a good restaurant by the bread it serves and that quality is unmistakable in the case of Woestyne. Their julépice is a herb bread based on olive oil, coarse sea salt and cumin. Addictively crispy.
