The Saint James’ Church is a late-gothic church (about 1506-1656) in the heart of Antwerp and only 300m away from Rubens’ house. It has an overwhelming baroque interior with 23 marble altars and owns a big art collection with names like Jordaens, Rubens, Van Balen and the grave chapel of Peter Paul Rubens.
